Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos

These bacon wrapped jalapenos are so delicious that they should be outlawed.  The fact that they can be assembled a day ahead so that all you need to do on serving day is to pop them into the oven makes them perfect for any get together.  These are great as an appetizer for a family meal and are the perfect game time snack.

Once the peppers are cleaned and arranged on a baking sheet, the cheese and cream cheese mixture is placed in the peppers which are then wrapped with bacon.  These stuffed and wrapped peppers are then baked until the bacon is crispy and the cheese filling gooey and delicious.

Let them sit for a few minutes before biting into them or you will burn your mouth.  Again, I speak from experience.  bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenosHere’s your recipe.  Give it a try and let us know what you think.
