This is a very simple and savory shrimp dip that is quick to make, and always tastes delicious. A bowl of this dip, surrounded by corn chips is always appreciated by friends and family alike. This recipe was given to me by my friend, Valerie, when we worked together in the Los Angeles County Hospital system. She would bring this dip to potlucks, and everyone loved it. What I like best is that it’s so simple to make, and looks and tastes like it took much longer to prepare. The best part is that it only requires 4 ingredients that are easy to find at almost any store.
