I love my slow cooker. I add ingredients to the ceramic crock, and when I return, there’s a prepared entrée or even a complete meal. My slow cooker is a life saver on busy weeknights. Since this is October, a month being referred to as “Crocktober” in certain circles, I decided to share four of Patty Cake’s Pantry’s favorite slow cooker appetizer recipes. Baker’s Man and I both love my Stuffed Mushrooms recipe, but I was wondering if there was another way to prepare them. I decided to see if it was possible to create Slow Cooker Stuffed Mushrooms. The result was wonderful. It was different than the original version in spite of almost identical ingredients, but it was still delicious. It’s good to know that if my oven is otherwise occupied, I can make stuffed mushrooms in my slow cooker.
