These cookies are a delicious combination of peanut butter and chocolate. What makes them even better? This version is gluten free, and they contain only 5 ingredient’s including the kisses that go on top. You’re going to love these cookies, so you have to make them. Really, you absolutely must make these cookies.
Only the plain milk chocolate Hershey kisses are considered gluten free. Other varieties may contain gluten, so make sure that the kisses you are using are gluten free. READ LABELS!
This cookie requires some special handling after baking. Just like the flourless peanut butter cookie recipe on which this recipe was based, once the cookies are baked, they will need to cool on the parchment lined cookie sheet for at least 5 minutes so they can be removed without falling apart.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 24 Hershey milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg.
- Allow peanut butter to set for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Roll peanut butter into 24 walnut sized balls and place 2" apart on lined cookie sheet.
- Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes, turning the baking pan around in the oven ½ way through the cooking time.
- Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes. If they are not cool, the cookies will fall apart when attempting to remove them.
- Once they are cooled, remove carefully to cooling rack.
- Makes 24 cookies.
