Here’s another variation on cake mix cookies. This time, we are making m&m cake mix cookies. We start with a yellow cake mix amd add a cup full of m&m’s. These cookies can be made with whatever color m&m’s that you need to make them appropriate for whichever holiday or occasion is next up on your calendar. They are the perfect addition to a cookie tray, too. These cookies are made with red and green candies in honor of the Christmas holiday, but you could use blue, silver, and white candies for Chanukah, pastel colored candies for Easter, or red and white for Valentine’s day. These cookies are endlessly versatile, simple to make, and just plain delicious.
