Bubble Pizza is a simple and family friendly meal. In the photos above, I used leftover Bolognese sauce to make this, but it can be made with plain, spaghetti, or pizza, sauce and topped with cheese your favorite toppings. Total cost of recipe without additional toppings is $4.09 or about $0.52 per serving.
  • 2 (7.5 ounce) cans of refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuit to a can) ($0.98)
  • 2 cups spaghetti, or pizza, sauce (If you are using a sauce with lots of added vegetables or a Bolognese sauce, use 3 cups) ($1.00)
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese ($2.11)
  • Other pizza toppings as desired.
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Arrange biscuit pieces onto the bottom of a nine by thirteen inch pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. (Don't worry if they don't completely cover the bottom of the pan.)
  4. Pour sauce over the biscuit pieces and spread to evenly distribute.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top of the biscuits and sauce.
  6. Add other toppings as desired.
  7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
