These two ingredient pork chops are simple and delicious, the perfect meal for a hot Summer night. The recipe uses 4 (1/2 pound) pork chops, but these are cut in half for sliced before serving. No one in my family needs to eat ½ pound of meat at a single setting. Cook's NoteThese chops were between 1 to 1½ inches thick. If your chops are thinner, you may need to reduce the cooking time.
  • 4 (1/2 pound) pork chops
  • 4 teaspoons of Cajun Seasoning
  1. Rinse and dry pork chops
  2. Rub 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning over the surface of each pork chop
  3. Place pork chops in a single layer in a covered dish in the refrigerator.
  4. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours and up to 24 hours.
  5. Remove pork chops from fridge and place on hot grill.
  6. Grill for 10 minutes on each side or until pork chops are cooked through.
