Cucumber, Jicama, and Mango Salad

Jicama, a waxy tuber, is paired with cucumber, mango, chili seasoning, and lime juice to make a healthy and refreshing salad.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of jicama, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 cups of cucumber, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 cups of mango, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Chile Seasoning (such as Tajin, Cielito, or Chile con Limon), or to taste
  • Juice of one lime
Instructions
  1. Put cucumber, jicama, and mango into a shallow bowl and toss well.
  2. Toss with lime juice.
  3. Sprinkle chile seasoning on top
  4. Serve with additional chile seasoning for people to add to taste. .
