Gluten Free Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

This simple and delicious peanut butter cookie, topped with a milk chocolate Hershey kiss, is the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate.
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 24 Hershey milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg.
  3. Allow peanut butter to set for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  5. Roll peanut butter into 24 walnut sized balls and place 2" apart on lined cookie sheet.
  6. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes, turning the baking pan around in the oven ½ way through the cooking time.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes. If they are not cool, the cookies will fall apart when attempting to remove them.
  9. Once they are cooled, remove carefully to cooling rack.
  10. Makes 24 cookies.
