Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Creamy and delicious, this artichoke dip is a definite crowd pleaser. Cook's Note: If you don't have a slow cooker and don't want to wait 2 hours, mix all of the ingredients together and put it in a quart sized baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry.
  • 2 cloves finely minced garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Place all ingredients into the ceramic crock of a small 1 quart slow cooker.
  2. Mix to combine.
  3. Turn cooker to low.
  4. Allow to cook for 2½ to 3 hours or until bubbly.
  5. Serve with a side of tortilla chips and a bowl of salsa, or with pita chips or crackers.
