Pork Chops are dipped in ranch dressing and breaded before being baked to crispy perfection
  • 4 (1/2 inch) thick boneless pork chops (about 5 to 6 ounces each)
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ¼ cup prepared ranch dressing
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a 9X13 inch baking pan with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Prepare pork chops by patting them dry, then set aside.
  4. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, and Italian bread crumbs and arrange on a deep dish.
  5. Brush each side of a pork chop with ranch dressing then dip into cheese and crumb mixture.
  6. Press as needed to ensure that the breading adheres to the surface of the chop.
  7. Place pork chop into prepared pan.
  8. Repeat with the other chops.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes until breading is crispy and pork is fully cooked. (Thinner chops will be cooked in 30, thicker ones will require 45 minutes.)
