Squash is not one of the most popular vegetables in the USA. In fact, it doesn’t even make the top 20, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t like it. In spite of it’s lack of popularity, for some reason, squash seems to be mandatory on the Thanksgiving table, so we have collected several squash recipes for you to consider as a possible side for your holiday table. We tried to collect a variety of recipes, and you’ll find recipes that are keto, vegan, and gluten free. Some of the recipes are roasted, other’s are prepared on the stove top, slow cooker, or air fryer. Whatever you’re looking for, we hope you find a delicious squash recipe that meets your needs.
