These Garlic Parmesan Fries, made from frozen french fries, get their flavor from a mixture of garlic, butter, parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. Everyone loves french fries, and this recipe for garlic fries is fast becoming a favorite around here. They are also fast becoming Baker’s Man’s favorite way to have fries. The inspiration for this recipe comes from Lauren’s Latest. In fact, I have made her garlic butter fries recipe before and intended to do so again, but when I reached for the fresh garlic, I discovered an empty container. The fries were already in the oven, and it was very cold outside, so I didn’t want to go back to the store. Instead, I decided that I needed to improvise. What could I do?
I chose to mix up my favorite garlic butter from dried herbs and spices. This is the garlic butter that I usually brush onto cheese biscuits, but instead of brushing it on, I drizzled it over the top of the fries and tossed them until they were well coated. Just before serving, I sprinkled a little grated Parmesan onto the fries, and crossed my fingers. The entire pan was gone in minutes, and the family declared that my Garlic Parmesan Fries were delicious. I will definitely be making them again.
