Sloppy Joes are a family favorite around here, so I couldn’t let a month of vegan meals pass without creating a vegan version of my homemade Sloppy Joe recipe. It’s day three of my 30 days of vegan, and I’m reporting my third food related crisis. I really hope this becomes easier as the month progresses. My problem was that I needed butter. Today is the first day of my 30 days of vegan series. It’s also Easter Sunday. I realize that it’s also April Fool’s Day, but it’s no April Fool’s joke that Patty Cake’s Pantry will be vegan for the next 30 days.
