Vegan side dishes may sound obvious, but many vegetable side dishes contain butter, milk, or other additions that make them not so friendly for those trying to adhere to a vegan diet. I searched the Patty Cake’s Pantry website and collected all of my vegan side dishes. This collection, along with my vegan entrees, and vegan soups helped me to more fully realize that I already had a repertoire of vegan recipes I could draw upon to help get me through my 30 days of vegan.
This post is really not a recipe. It’s not even an original idea. I just wanted to share one of the other ways that we make use of leftovers. Chili is one of those things that is great for leftovers.
