Vegan side dishes may sound obvious, but many vegetable side dishes contain butter, milk, or other additions that make them not so friendly for those trying to adhere to a vegan diet. I searched the Patty Cake’s Pantry website and collected all of my vegan side dishes. This collection, along with my vegan entrees, and vegan soups helped me to more fully realize that I already had a repertoire of vegan recipes I could draw upon to help get me through my 30 days of vegan.
