I love to make potato soup. It’s actually one of the few soups that Baker’s Man enjoys. For this version, I used both canned milk and canned potatoes. Creamed Peas and Potatoes is a simple and delicious vegetable side dish that goes well with almost any meat entree. This was always a spring side dish in my house when I was growing up. Then, it was made with fresh new potatoes and sweet peas. Back then, I particularly loved having creamed peas and potatoes as a side dish with chicken.
