Hominy is something that I grew up eating.  My mother’s favorite way to serve it was with bacon.  This recipe, which gets flavor from diced green chilis, and creaminess from sour cream and shredded cheese is delicious.  It makes a great side dish to go with anything that pairs well with the flavors of the southwest.

Hearty and delicious, this turkey soup is loaded with mexican squash, tomatoes, green chilis, and hominy.
