Italian Egg Rolls (Air Fryer)

Italian Egg Rolls (Air Fryer)

Italian Egg Rolls were something that I created one evening when we were trying to decide what to eat.  I don’t really like to turn on the oven during the summer months, and I’m not a big fan of deep frying foods.  It’s not for health reasons.  It’s because it seems so time consuming, and I didn’t feel like standing over the stove while the egg rolls fried.  I really wanted to make egg rolls, so I decided to try making these Italian egg rolls with the air fryer.  The result was delicious, though the recipe did require some experimentation […]

Baked Ravioli Casserole

Baked Ravioli Casserole

Baked Ravioli Casserole is simple to assemble and gets dinner into the oven, and onto the table, without much fuss.    The dish contains only 3 ingredients,  but tastes like you worked much harder at getting it onto the table.  Like my sheet pan dinners, once this dish is assembled, it goes into the oven where it bakes for about 45 minutes.  That allows you to help the kids with homework, or tend to whatever needs your attention, while dinner takes care of itself.

Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers

Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers are an easy way to have a dinner ready when you return home after a busy day at work.  This requires a few minutes to put together the ingredients, but it’s well worth the effort.  These Slow cooker stuffed peppers are awesome.

Baked Pizza Sliders--large dinner rolls filled with pizza toppings and grushed with garlic butter before being baked

Baked Pizza Sliders

Baked Pizza Sliders are easy to make and delicious.   Rolls, spread with my Quick and Easy Pizza Sauce, are topped with meat and cheese before being brushed with garlic and herb butter and baked in the oven.  The result is a delicious, crispy bread loaded with melted cheese and meat.  Baked Pizza Sliders are sure to become a  favorite with your family like they have with mine.

A cream sauce filled with rich flavor and super foods Kale and Cannelli beans.

Penne with Creamy Kale and Canellini Sauce

I really love beans and greens, and one of the things I sometimes add to the basic dish is a pound of Italian sausage.  The addition of that one extra ingredient transforms the dish from a side into an entree.  Of course, I could eat the vegetarian version as an entree, but Baker’s Man prefers meat in his entrees.  As I was contemplating what to make for dinner this evening, I kept thinking of beans and greens, but the recipe had already been published.  I considered just adding Italian sausage to the recipe and publishing it as a variation, but […]
