Moist and delicious taco seasoned pork is the perfect, simple, slow cooker dish. This is one of those recipes that allows you to combine all of the ingredients, put them in the slow cooker, and just it cook all day while you are at work.
Before I begin with this recipe, let me tell you that I made it with the wrong sized tortillas. I was certain that I had some 8-9″ flour tortillas, but I only had the really big ones that are made for burritos. This recipe looks much better, from a presentation stand point, when it’s fresh from the oven and made with the smaller tortillas. This started out as some leftover beans that I needed to use up. I started adding a little bit of this and a little bit of that and before I knew it, I had a plan.
