Berry Swirl Popsicles

These popsicles are easy to make, delicious, and they’re good for you, too.   All you need is your favorite fresh fruit, some yogurt, and  you’re ready to go.  Whip all of the ingredients together in your blender, pour it into popsicle molds,  and freeze.  Actually, there’s an extra step in there to get the swirl, but it’s not important right now.
